I highly recommend Bill Yanowsky for improving my overall physical fitness levels.  Not only can he improve your fitness, but he can also rehabilitate you after an injury you may have sustained.  I would know since I recently recovered from major surgery.

 

Bill sets himself apart from other trainers by truly listening to his clients‘ concerns and desires.  Furthermore, his education and experience are much more expansive and diverse than the typical personal trainer.  Finally, he has a lovely dry sense of humor that lightens up the sessions.  I can't recommend Bill highly enough

I can't recommend Bill Yanowsky enough.  He helped improve my fitness and rehabilitated me after my hip and knee replacement surgeries.  Furthermore, with my improved fitness and weight loss I've been able to cut my dosage of heart medication in half and do not need to take arthritis medicine any longer.  

Bill's workouts are not cookie cutter in nature.  He provides a unique and specialized program for each of his clients.  Now that I'm able to walk without any aide, I'm training for a hiking trip in New Zealand next year. 

 

Boxing is part of my training, which is improving my cardio fitness and balance.  His understanding of the body and how its supposed to work is better than anyone I've work with in the past. 

 

Finally, his dry sense of humor is a real treat and it makes the sessions go by quickly.  Bill will take your needs and wants into consideration if you work with him.  You won't regret hiring Bill.
